Though the exact date is still highly debated between them, Cabell and Connor first crossed paths one of their first nights at UVA in the incredibly romantic setting of a damp frat house. Amid the chaos, their effortless connection & constant laughter stitched their friendship together from that very first conversation.

From that night on, their lives kept looping back to each other (helped significantly by Cabell always “accidentally” running into Connor). By fourth year, their friendship had turned into the greatest love each had experienced. After graduation they packed up for New York City to start their next chapter together, where they quickly became extreme foodies and aggressively fast walkers.

Then, in July 2025, during a last-minute trip to London, Connor dropped to one knee in Hyde Park. Through happy tears, Cabell made the easiest, best decision of her life, and said “yes.”
